Terms of Service
AntiCirc is a volunteer-run educational project. These terms explain what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.
Last updated: July 2026
1. What AntiCirc is
AntiCirc is a free, educational resource about the foreskin, genital autonomy, and foreskin restoration. We are not a medical provider. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or professional advice, and using the site does not create a doctor–patient or advisor relationship. Always consult a qualified professional about your own situation.
2. Who runs it & who it's for
AntiCirc is operated by a private individual who is a citizen of, and based in, the United Kingdom. It is published for a global, English-first audience and is not directed at the residents of any particular country. Where pages are offered in other languages (for example Tagalog or Cebuano), those translations are contributed by volunteers to make the material accessible — they do not mean the site is aimed at, marketed to, or targeting any specific national market.
3. Your account
You may browse most of the site without an account. To post in the community, save resources, or use restoration tools, you create a persona — a pseudonymous identity that is the only public-facing part of your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction; some areas of the site are gated to adults (18+).
4. Community conduct
When you post, comment, or otherwise contribute, you agree not to:
- harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate anyone;
- post spam, scams, or unsolicited advertising;
- share sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content;
- post someone else's private information without consent;
- present misinformation as medical fact.
We moderate the community and may edit, hide, or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. We try to be fair and transparent, but we run this in our spare time.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant AntiCirc a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it on the platform so the community can see it. You are responsible for having the right to share anything you upload. You can delete your content or request account deletion at any time.
6. Marketplace and outside links
Some parts of the site link to, or facilitate purchases from, third-party vendors and organizations. AntiCirc is not the seller in those cases and is not responsible for their products, services, or policies. Transactions and any disputes are between you and the vendor. Directory and provider listings are informational and are not endorsements.
7. No warranties & limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate and the service available, but we can't guarantee either. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AntiCirc and its volunteers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the project evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the site, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, except that we may bring proceedings for breach in your country of residence where required. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of any mandatory legal protections you are entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.
The site is operated from the United Kingdom. We make no representation that its content is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. If you access the site from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
