Manual Method 3: Scar-Line Pinch

A precision technique: pinch a section of skin at the scar line and pull away from the body to work the inner foreskin in short, focused sessions.

Who it suits

Method 3 is a targeting tool. Instead of tensioning the whole skin tube, you pinch a portion of it at the scar line or point of equilibrium and work just that section — ideal for evening out lopsided growth or concentrating on the inner foreskin. It works flaccid or erect.

The grip

Pinch a section of skin at the scar line between thumb and forefinger, then pull directly away from the body. The tension lands on the inner foreskin behind your pinch. Work around the clock face across sessions: dorsal, ventral, left, right.

Pinch a section at the scar line and pull straight away from the body.

The work

Holds are the standard 5–30 seconds with brief rests, but sessions stay short — one to five minutes — because the load concentrates on a small patch of tissue. When you have worked only one side, give that side several hours of rest before returning to it.

Cautions

Tugging should never hurt. Mild redness and warmth afterwards are normal — that is increased blood flow. Pain, soreness that lingers, or skin that feels hot rather than warm means you have overdone it: stop, rest, and come back lighter.

This technique was documented and refined over many years by the RestoringForeskin.org community (2009–2026). This guide is AntiCirc’s own write-up of the method, published as that community’s public home went offline — see the sources below.
